3D Printed Control Horn

show you how to use and how to involve the new technology into our hobby. This technology give us a big chanche to make better and more detailed parts to our flying modell or we can build with his help a new exciting toy. Nothing can push back to make our dream. Use this technique and our brain and imagine the border only the stars of sky.

Some days ago we had been building a model plane. We would have had a few control horn. Unfortunately it wasn’t in the workshop.

We had three choices. First: we order a bag of them. Second: we make it the old style from plywood. Third: we use the modern techniques and build it for ourselves.

We first made the 3d plan and object in Autodesk Fusion 360 . It was printed on a 3D printer. Now we were very happy because we had the first self-built 3d printed control horn. This piece was printed PLA material, but can be printed other materials for example PETG or ABS or LW-PLA. In the picture below you can see the first piece. After this I reviewed the model and I did some minor changes.  My recommendation is you should print this the control horn with 100% infill because you can achive the bigest stability.
